1. What services do we provide?

We offer air and sea freight shipping from Florida to Jamaica. Whether it’s small packages, barrels, or larger shipments, we’re here to make the process smooth and reliable.

2. What are my responsibilities as a customer?

To ensure smooth delivery:

• Provide accurate shipping details (name, address, phone, invoice/receipt).

• Make sure your items comply with U.S. and Jamaican customs laws.

• Do not ship prohibited or restricted items (see our prohibited list below 👇).

4. How long does shipping take?

• Air freight: usually 3 times per week.

• Sea freight:

Please note: Customs inspections, weather, or other delays may affect delivery times. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

5. How do rates and payments work?

• Rates are based on weight, size, and/or declared value.

• Payment is due in full before shipping.

• All payments are non-refundable once in transit.

6. Who pays customs duties and fees?

• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees in Jamaica.

• If customs seizes or delays your package, S&J Freight & Services Ltd. is not responsible.

7. What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?

• Our liability is limited to the declared value or the cost of shipping (whichever is lower).

• For peace of mind, we recommend adding insurance coverage for valuable items.

• Claims for lost/damaged items must be made within 14 days of delivery and include proof of value (invoice/receipt).

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot ship:
